Kannada superstar Yash and star Sandalwood director Prashanth Neel’s acclaimed action drama franchise, KGF, scripted history by amassing a whopping gross of Rs 1450 crore worldwide. Following the mega global success of the two-part franchise, all eyes are on the much-talked-about third installment.

In a latest interview with a leading Hollywood magazine, Yash was told by the interviewer that star Indian cricketer Shubman Gill is a huge admirer of his and that Shubman wanted to know when will KGF 3 happen. And a visibly touched Yash went on to say that KGF 3 will surely happen as promised. Yash further said that he is currently focusing on Toxic and Ramayan and that he and Prashanth Neel keep talking about KGF 3.

“We keep talking. We have an idea that is massive and something that needs all our attention. We really don’t want to encash on anything, audiences have given us enough, so we’re going to do it in a way they will be proud of because it’s a cult. Shubman is such a great player, and a lot of cricketers and a lot of actors ask me (about KGF 3) because they have accepted that character Rocky Bhai at such a level. Me and Prashanth are aware of it, so we will come up with something when it’s massive and time,” said Yash.

Yash is currently working on Toxic and Ramayan. Both movies are being eagerly awaited by fans across the world. Both Toxic and Ramayan will be hitting theaters in 2025.
