Vijay’s The GOAT: Venkat Prabhu hints at OTT release for the director’s cut

Thalapathy Vijay’s The Greatest of All Time (The GOAT), directed by Venkat Prabhu, hit theaters last Thursday but struggled to draw a substantial audience outside Tamil Nadu.
In an exciting revelation, Venkat Prabhu shared yesterday that the original director’s cut of The GOAT runs for a shocking 3 hours and 40 minutes. During an X Space conversation, he hinted that producer Archana Kalapathi said this extended version could be released on OTT alongside the theatrical cut, though it’s yet to be confirmed.
Produced under AGS Entertainments, The GOAT boasts a star-studded cast including Sneha, Meenakshi Chaudhary, Prabhudeva, Jayaram, Prashanth, and Mohan. Yuvan Shankar Raja has composed the music for this grand action drama.
