Hindi star hero Varun Dhawan and South Indian leading actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu will be seen in the highly anticipated web series Citadel: Honey Bunny. Directed by Raj and DK, the series will be available for streaming from November 7. The recently released action trailer grabbed the eyeballs.

The makers are leaving no stone unturned to promote the series. Varun Dhawan, Samantha, and Raj & DK are revealing exciting details by participating in multiple interviews. They are making sure the web series remains the point of discussion all over the nation through non-stop promotions. Interestingly another trailer will be launched tomorrow to escalate the buzz further.

Generally, two trailers will be given for PAN Indian films, but for the first time, a web show is having such a feat. Citadel Honey Bunny tells the story of stuntman Bunny (Varun Dhawan) and a struggling actress, Honey (Samantha). The series also has Kay Kay Menon, Simran, Saqib Saleem, Sikandar Kher, Soham Majumdar, Shivankit Parihar, and Kashvi Majmundar in crucial roles.

Legendary Bollywood thespian Amitabh Bachchan was the chief guest at the just concluded ANR National Award presentation ceremony. The Big B honored Megastar Chiranjeevi with the prestigious award for his contribution to the film industry.

Speaking at the event, Amitabh hailed ANR’s immense contribution to the Indian film industry. He lauded Nagarjuna and all the Akkineni family members for successfully continuing ANR’s legacy. Amitabh went on to say that Chiru, Nag, and Nag Ashwin made him a part of their movies and that he can proudly claim to be part of the Telugu film fraternity. “Do not forget to cast in me in your future projects,” Amitabh quipped.

Bollywood star Ananya Panday’s comedy-drama series Call Me Bae premiered on Amazon Prime Video in September, receiving positive reviews. Directed by Colin D’Cunha and created by Ishita Moitra, the series has returned to the spotlight.

Ananya recently took to Instagram to share a picture from the sets, hinting that she has started filming for Season 2 of Call Me Bae. Further details about the upcoming season are expected to be revealed soon.

Alongside Ananya, the ensemble cast features Muskkaan Jaferi, Vihaan Samat, Vir Das, Sayani Gupta, Varun Sood, Riya Sen, Karishma Tanna, Gurfateh Pirzada, Niharika Lyra Dutt, Mini Mathur, and Suchitra Pillai, among others.

By now, it’s widely known that Nandamuri Mokshagna’s debut film is being directed by Prasanth Varma. The project was announced with an eye-catching poster showcasing the star son in a stylish avatar.

The latest update is that the makers have approached none other than Rana Daggubati to play the main villain in the film. Talks are underway, and although the news isn’t yet confirmed, it’s quickly gaining attention in the film circles.

Rana has been taking on more character roles recently and played the main villain in the recently released Rajinikanth Vettaiyan. If he joins this project, Mokshagna’s film will become highly sought after in trade circles.

Akhanda 2: Thandavam was announced recently in a grand manner. The film is a sequel to Akhanda and stars Balakrishna and Pragya Jaiswal in the lead roles.

Directed by Boyapati Sreenu, this film is being produced on a massive scale. Filming is set to begin soon, with the first schedule reportedly taking place in the U.S.

Sources reveal that Akhanda 2 will open with an intense fight sequence set against a U.S. backdrop. Balakrishna’s character will be on a rescue mission to save Pragya Jaiswal in this scene.
