Icon Star Allu Arjun is currently busy with the work on Pushpa 2. With just one month left until its release, filming is progressing rapidly. The shoot is expected to be wrapped up in November.

Meanwhile, we have learned that Allu Arjun will take a short break from the shoot. According to our exclusive sources, he will take a one-day break from Pushpa 2 to work on a commercial for Thums Up soft drink. This ad will be supervised by Vivek Athreya, who recently scored a hit with his film Saripodhaa Sanivaaram.

The commercial is set to go live on all platforms during the release period of Pushpa 2. Allu Arjun is taking this one-day break to shoot the ad amidst his hectic schedule, as the commercial will significantly contribute to Pushpa 2’s promotions.

Returning to Pushpa 2, the film is directed by Sukumar and features Rashmika Mandanna, Fahadh Faasil, and Anasuya in lead roles.

After a long hiatus, Telugu director YVS Chowdary has announced that he is introducing the great-grandson of legendary actor and politician Nandamuri Taraka Ramarao as the main lead in his next film. Interestingly, the young actor shares the same name—Nandamuri Taraka Ramarao—and is the son of the late Nandamuri Janaki Ram.

Until now, the identity of the young debutant NTR had been kept under wraps, but the filmmaker revealed his face today at an event. The charming young hero has already garnered attention, and his brother, Jr NTR, who is currently riding high on the success of Devara, took to his social media profiles to show his support. Kannada star hero actor Darshan, who has been facing allegations in the murder case of his fan Renuka Swamy, has secured temporary relief from custody. The Karnataka High Court granted him a six-week interim bail earlier today to undergo a medical surgery. On June 11, Darshan was arrested for his alleged role in the murder of Renukaswamy.

After his initial bail request was denied in the sessions court in September, he turned to the Karnataka High Court for relief. In his appeal, Darshan stated he has been suffering from numbness in his feet that requires surgery. He also noted that he planned to undergo the procedure in a private hospital in Mysuru, covering the costs himself.

The state responded to the petition by submitting sealed medical reports from doctors at Ballari Central Prison and a neurologist from a government hospital in Ballari.

After reviewing these reports, Justice S. Vishwajith Shetty from the High Court granted Darshan six weeks of temporary bail so he could get medical treatment.
