Who would have thought that one of India’s biggest stars with a humongous global fanbase and an envious box office record with multiple Rs 1,000 crore movies would dare to act in a horror comedy at the peak of his career? The mighty Prabhas, who has been mostly appearing in larger-than-life characters over the years, pushed himself out of his comfort zone, came out of the commercial format, and attempted the unthinkable and unique with his upcoming movie, The Raja Saab.
Prabhas is celebrating his 45th birthday today. On this special occasion, the makers of The Raja Saab unveiled a striking motion poster amid sky-high expectations. Not disappointing anyone, the motion poster is winning accolades from all quarters and has become a hot topic on social media. The motion poster doesn’t feature gravity-defying stunts, yet Prabhas managed to mesmerize his fans with his majestic demeanor and screen presence.
While die-hard Prabhas fans are in awe of the actor’s smashing look in an aged avatar, critics and movie lovers can’t stop praising Prabhas for setting a new benchmark for other stars with his brave decision to portray such a role and that too in a horror comedy. Director Maruthi, too, seems to have reinvented himself with The Raja Saab, as he has succeeded in presenting the ‘Darling’ in a never-before-seen manner. Well, all eyes will be on the film’s upcoming promos and finally the movie on April 10, 2025.
