Allu Sirish – Affordable ticket pricing is the path forward for Tollywood

Mega hero Allu Sirish is set to entertain the audience with his upcoming film, Buddy. Directed by San Anton, the movie is slated for a grand release this Friday. Allu Sirish and team are promoting the film well, and to further attract moviegoers, the team has come up with affordable ticket prices.
Speaking at an event, Allu Sirish made an interesting remark about ticket prices. He said, “Telugu people love watching movies the most. They are the best audience in the country. In India, 70 crore people converse in Hindi, but out of them only 3-4 crore people will come to theatres. On the other hand, there are only 10 crore Telugu-speaking people in India, but 3 crore people watch movies in theatres.”
Allu Sirish added, “It is because we have affordable ticket prices in single screens compared to Bollywood. We shouldn’t kill the golden goose. If we keep affordable prices, family audience will visit the theatres in large numbers, and obviously, there will be an increase in footfalls. Reasonable ticket price is the path forward for Tollywood. I hope the industry will understand this trend either through our film or audience feedback and adopt it.”
