Indian 2, featuring the acclaimed Kamal Haasan and directed by Shankar Shanmugam, was released in cinemas on July 12, 2024. The disaster film also stars Siddharth and Rakul Preet Singh in pivotal roles.
The movie has recently arrived on Netflix, available in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada. The Hindi version, which faced delays, is now available for streaming as well. North Indian audiences can now watch Hindustani 2 on Netflix, and the reaction from OTT viewers is yet to be seen.
The ensemble cast of Indian 2 includes Samuthirakani, Bobby Simha, Priya Bhavani Shankar, SJ Suryah, Vivek, Brahmanandam, Nedumudi Venu, and Manobala, the film has not managed to attract significant attention. Produced by Lyca Productions and Red Giant Movies, the film has a soundtrack by Anirudh Ravichander.
