Tragic news strikes the film industry as acclaimed Mollywood editor Nishad Yusuf was found dead in his apartment in Panampally Nagar, Kochi. The Film Employees Federation of Kerala (FEFKA) confirmed the news, leaving fans and colleagues shocked.

Hailing from Harippad, the 43-year-old editor was celebrated for his innovative editing style, particularly in Thallumaala, a film that earned him the prestigious Kerala State Award. Besides Malayalam cinema, Nishad’s talents extended to Tamil films; his latest project, Kanguva, featuring Suriya, is set for release on November 14, 2024. Nishad had also signed on for Suriya’s upcoming 45th film.
