Prabhas and Deepika Padukone’s blockbuster sci-fi mythological magnum opus, Kalki 2898 AD, continues to make waves globally even two months after its theatrical release. The film was just screened at the ongoing Moscow International Film Week in Russia.

Kalki 2898 AD producers Swapna and Priyanka Dutt flew to Moscow and attended the special screening of the movie. Following the film’s screening, the sisters interacted with the media and audiences in a W&A session and revealed several interesting aspects of their movie.

The Moscow International Film Week is being held between August 23-28. Along with Kalki 2898 AD, acclaimed Indian movies, such as SS Rajamouli’s RRR and Kiran Rao’s Laapata Ladies (opening film), and other Indian movies were screened at the film carnival.

Released on June 27, Kalki 2898 AD went on to become a smash hit at the box office and secured all-time fifth highest grossing Indian movie by grossing close to Rs 1,100 crore worldwide. The Nag Ashwin directorial also features Indian cinema legends Amitabh Bachchan and Kamal Haasan in lead roles.
