Nani, Priyanka Mohan, and SJ Suryah are playing the lead roles in the upcoming action drama Saripodhaa Sanivaaram, directed by Vivek Athreya. The movie releases on 29th August in multiple languages and the team is currently busy promoting it in Tamil. SJ Suryah has already revealed the plot line of the film. Accordingly, Nani’s character shows his anger only on Saturdays due to a promise made to his mother.

In one of the Tamil interviews, Nani revealed the essence of Saripodhaa Sanivaaram. Nani said, “Anger often leads to regret. Sometimes, people get angry even for silly things, too. By waiting, we can assess if our anger is justified. I play Surya, who waits until Saturday to evaluate his anger, filtering out what’s not worth it.”

Nani added, “Surya writes names of those who irritated him throughout the week. He cancels those names which he deems insignificant. If his rage persists for a week, it becomes meaningful, and the guy responsible for his anger deserves thrashing. People generally say anger isn’t good. But anger for the right purpose is like a powerful weapon.
