Renowned Tollywood director Sukumar, currently busy with the highly anticipated Pushpa 2: The Rule, starring Icon Star Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna, now shares the spotlight with his wife, Thabitha Sukumar.
Thabitha has taken her first step into the filmmaking world as the presenter of the upcoming Telugu movie Maruthinagar Subramanyam, featuring Rao Ramesh in the lead role. Announcing her involvement on social media, Thabitha expressed, “I’m thrilled to present my first venture into filmmaking: ‘Maruthinagar Subramanyam,’ the most entertaining film of the year. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.”
The film, directed by Lakshman Karya, boasts a talented cast, including Ankith Koyya, Ramya Pasupuleti, Harsha Vardhan, Ajay, Annapurnamma, and Praveen. Produced by Bujji Rayudu Pentyala and Mohan Karya under the banners of BR Cinemas and Lokamaatre Cinematics, the movie will be distributed by Mythri Movie Distributors LLP. Maruthinagar Subramanyam is set to light up cinemas on August 23, 2024.
